Going back in history, the Bath Fringe Festival started several decades ago. It is believed to be the direct descendant of the Walcot Festivals that rocked the 70s and 80s.

Since its inception in 1981, the festival has never derailed from its origin of culture, art, music, and other forms of creativity. In fact, it has grown by leaps and bounds into one of the highly anticipated festivals in the UK.
