Possibly one of the most controversial cars ever designed, it was officially unveiled at the “2017 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este” – An exclusive car show about concept cars and rare classics. A bit like the ‘Pebble Beach Concourse of Elegance’ where every year manufacturers gather to showcase their brand new concepts and latest surprises.

Rolls Royce decided to unveil on the shores of Lake Como the rather unique ‘Sweptail’ – a one off masterpiece which was commissioned by an extremely lucky private customer, who already possessed a number of other rare vehicles including the F12 TRS, the McLaren F1 GTR and a few of other ‘hard-to-spot’ automobiles.

According to the owner, it took about four years to develop and build this one off eccentric piece, and even though it’s not confirmed, the rumour is that it’s priced at around £10million, which of course makes it the most expensive brand new car ever sold!
